Can I send you photos of the damage?

Feel free to include some photos. We’ll refer to them during our initial conversation with you. Please note that auto body damage is almost always more than meets the eye, so we will ultimately need to see your vehicle in person. Reaching out to us, in any way, is the first step to us being able to help you!

I was involved in an accident. Should I call you, or the insurance company?

Either ー if you have questions for us, call us first, otherwise you can call your insurance company and tell them you are planning to bring your vehicle to Oksan Automobile Repair Shop.

If you plan to use insurance, it’s wise to get the claim process started right away, so you can get your vehicle back as soon as possible. Note that we work closely with many insurance companies and will help walk you through the process. If you’re still unsure, feel free to give us a call during business hours.
